Returns

 

For online purchases you can return the merchandise, with the exception of the personalized ones, within 14 days of the date of delivery.

You must inform Yosono of your intention to return, sending an email to customercare@yosono.it containing:

  • the expression of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal
  • an indication of the products you intend to return
  • the progressive order number communicated by Yosono when confirming the purchase
  • your bank details in order to make the refund, only if the payment has been made by bank transfer

 

For purchases made from Italy, returning Products is free.

To return an item from countries other than Italy, the cost of shipping is charged to the customer. The delivery address is: Vichi srl, Via Mutilati and Invalidi del Lavoro 102, 63100 Ascoli Piceno, Italy.

It is recommended to send the Products using a courier, ensuring the full amount of the goods, and taking care to receive a shipping number to allow you to trace the shipment. Yosono will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to Products shipped by the Customer but which have never been received by Yosono due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to Yosono.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Yosono will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer unworn, undamaged and in the original status, as well as accompanied by the relevant original invoice and with institutional packaging. Yosono reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do not comply with these requirements.

Yosono undertakes to refund the Customer no later than 14 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of the return.
